CampLogs provides a campaign logging and tracking service that helps marketers document changes to their campaigns and understand performance shifts. The service includes:

  • Campaign impact logging tools
  • Board and campaign management
  • Data import/export features
  • Network tagging and organization

3. Account Registration

To use CampLogs, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may not share your account with others or create accounts using automated means.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in CampLogs (campaign logs, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to:

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

CampLogs offers a free plan with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Pay all fees on time
  • Allow automatic renewal unless you cancel

Refunds

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free operation
  • Complete data accuracy
  • Specific uptime percentages (except for Enterprise plans with SLA)

We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to the service.

8. Data Backup and Loss

While we regularly backup data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore data when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

CampLogs and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CampLogs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

  • Copy or modify the service
  • Create derivative works
  • Use our trademarks without permission

10. Third-Party Services

CampLogs may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use CampLogs will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Disclaimers

CAMPLOGS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMPLOGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CampLogs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

15. Governing Law
